With the same ruggedness and rubber overmold as the Impact XL, the Tec 40 with halogen bulb provides a warmer light underwater.

This handheld is great for backup, or as a primary daytime light, as the warm light is phenomenal for restoring lost colors on the reef. With a classic dive light look and feel, the twist bezel activated switch prevents accidental on/off.

HALOGEN INCANDESCENT BULBS

These bulbs work in exactly the same way as traditional incandescent bulbs found in your home, with one major difference: they contain halogen gas instead of nitrogen or argon. This difference allows the bulb to burn brighter, more efficiently, and for longer periods of time. The bulb needs to be replaced less frequently since filament life is extended.
